Assuming the rumour (http://www.mature-gamers.com/forums/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=12285) about Sony's premium PSN services being revealed at E3 is correct, and that Move is Sony's other big E3 baby, it doesn't seem likely at all that the PSP2 will be having any sort of major reveal at the conference.
Sources over at VG247 (http://www.vg247.com/2010/05/17/psp2-touch-screen-two-cameras-games-for-end-2010-beginning-2011/) are telling us that the PSP2 is now aiming for a 2011 release, rather than the previous 2010 release that had been suspected. Further information points to games currently in development (under the watchful eye of NDAs) for the platform being slated for late 2010, early 2011 completions. This, my good sirs (and ma'ams), it pointing a rather large foam novelty hand at an early to mid 2011 release for the PSP2. Of course, we're assuming the rumour mill is working accurately ;)
Recently, MCV (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/38925/PSP-2-the-big-E3-surprise) came out with some speculation from a 'senior industry source' that the PSP2 could well be the big E3 hit from Sony... but, like I said earlier, with all Sony has on their hands for E3 already, I doubt that. From this has stemmed a bunch of heated rumour mill fanning and, somewhere along the line, came a picture:

Honestly, I've no idea where that picture came from. But there's also this one (http://1percent.files.wordpress.com/2007/04/psp2-cobalt.jpg).
Ignoring those pictures for now, VG247 are saying that the PSP2 will come with touch screen (and physical buttons), front and back facing cameras, a CPU based off a four-core Dell CPU and the possibility of being 3G enabled.
... so, here's to hoping all these rumours are true and that the PSP2 gets here soon and is mind-blowingly win.
