View Full Version : Hey
I'm Rob. I have a ps3/xbox360/dsi/pspgo/pc(runs anything out now).
I mostly play online coop games but lately I have been trying to get back into single player games. I have a son due in January so I need games that I can pause or get away from quickly. Shooter/rpgs are my favorite games to play.
I found this site via google and I like the small (for now) member base and thought it would be nice to get in early and meet some cool people.

Well, welcome to the forums Rob - glad to have you, and it's nice to know that google is bringing us some new members! :)
As a father myself, I know exactly what you mean when you're talking about finding games you can quickly put down for half an hour to deal with a diaper/temper tantrum (sometimes even from the baby!)
Anyway, hope you enjoy your stay here - we're only young, having been open about a month now, but we're growing all the time - feel free to pass us any suggestions you have, or just to recommend us to your friends (http://www.mature-gamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27)! :)

G'day, welcome and; just curious, why do you run from zombies?
Well I'm glad you asked because there are many reasons why I would run from zombies. In addition to the undead craving my human flesh and utter disregard for life in general...
If...
I run out of ammo
The Horde is surrounding me
A tank shows up
I upset a witch
I'm out of pipes and a boomer vomits on me
I have no meds to pep me up
I see the safehouse door
Death is near (black/white)
So many things I learned from Left 4 Dead.

All very fair reasons. Just making sure you're not one of those people that run for the sake of running and/or to senselessly avoid killing. That is to say, ensuring you're not a rusher.
