Xbox is really getting on my last nerv

It never happend to me before I got xbox 360 slim. But now often my gamerscore goes to zero and all my information goes away. Achievements don't appear because of that. And when I compare games between a friend and I, my achievements don't appear. What is the use of comparing if you can't see what you have :D I suppose there is nothing I can do about this problem?

I wonder, could it have anything to do with how you transferred your data to the new one?
It seems these consoles don't like change... I lost a few achievements and some save data when I re-named my profile for my Gamertag and went online.

Well I used a memory stick and not a transfer cable. I don't think that should cause a problem that I have

My friend who had 30k Gamerscore got reset. He claims it is an Xbox Live Bug and of course it could be, but you also get reset when you have hacked Achievements, and no, I'm not saying that's what you did.

Yeah didn't do that :D Haven't done anything that would be against the rules. It went to zero two times today. Just need to sign out and log back in. Annoying, because if you are in the middle of a game, you gain nothing.

Oh that's strange, I've never seen that happen before ... Hope you get it fixed soon 'cause it must be gutting to see all the achievements you've worked to get go to zero ...

Well luckily they only go to zero for until I log back in :) But any progress on a current game, I don't get.
