TF2 Free Weekend!

As of Thursday (17/12/2009) anyone, poor and rich alike, may play TF2 over the weekend at a cost of approximately $0.

To anyone who has never played TF2: GET ON IT. I simply cannot recommend this game enough... and, besides, it's free for a weekend with no obligations: what've you got to lose?





Note: don't be too discouraged by the current Soldier and Demoman class spam, that's only due to the current War (http://www.teamfortress.com/war/part1/) that is happening regarding an update.

This is 1) a terrible time to be doing a free weekend, 2) a shame the soldier is winning BECAUSE THE SHIELD AND SWORD IS FUCKING AWESOME.

1) I figure they're seeing what this does to the casualty count.
2) You'll still get the sword and shield, don't worry lad -- also it appears that the demo has actually been closing the gap.
