View Full Version : Castle Crashers coming to PS3!

The Xbox Live Arcade hit, Castle Crashers is coming to the PS3. It was actually confirmed a while back, but it appears it's only recently that I noticed this one. Although there's no set date for it yet, I'm really looking forward to this one - the PSN doesn't have many good 'party' games on there at the moment, and this is supposed to be an absolute gem of a game.

Anyone played it at all?

Does Castle Crashers have local multiplayer? If not, it doesn't sound too different from Fat Princess for the PS3 (PSN game), which is awesome!

I believe it does, although I have no idea what I'm basing that on. All I know is that everyone I've spoken to who's played it raves about how addictive and awesome it is.

I have castle crashers on XBL. It seems like a lot of fun but I couldn't convince my friends to buy it with me so I left it to collect dust in the depths of my HDD. Hack n slash action with up to 4 people is hard to not like so I'm sure that if you get it you will like it.

After a myriad of delays, Castle Crashers has finally landed on the PSN for the very reasonable sum of $15. Go buy! Go buy now!

I love Castle Crashers. I also have to get back to it-- I was playing it with a friend and both our schedules diverged at the time.

Curiously, it's the single highest rated game on XBLA. You can sort XBLA games by their ranking via the 'Destination Arcade' application, and CC sits alone at the 4.75 star community rating.

I played that drunkenly for over an hour with some mates and I still don't know what it's about, what you do, how you do it or why it's getting done :/

Surely the mark of a good game, that? You're blind drunk, have no idea what's happening or how to do anything, but you still played it for over an hour. :p

Perhaps, but I don't know if I could play it for an hour while sober >.> All I know is that we were Templar looking guys and we liked toast. We also hit people.
