Well, for some random reason these always seem to be quite popular on forums and Facebook so I thought I'd post it up here and see how fast you guys type (:
I got 61 WPM with 82% accuracy
Kinda crap considering I've had 72 WPM with 100% accuracy before >.>
I think, the average is 30 WPM and fast, by law is 50 WPM
What's yours?

63WMP @ 100%
Eh. I used to do around 80 at 100% when I was still in school :/

Aha, I did horrible. I just woke up some I'm half asleep though. I happen to know that I do around 70 wpm when I'm just typing normal sentences. Of course, it is much slower if I'm trying to type out names and big words, like that test. I could only get 40 wpm with Qwerty, so ya'll should switch to Dvorak.

47WPM @ 91% (I'm using an awful keyboard at work - the keys are... let's just say 'sticky'.)

Metroidz, try changing which word test. Admittedly, that Astronaut one is difficult >.>

Did it again on the Test Instructions quiz, got 89WPM with 96% accuracy (:

I did it in Test Instructions just now and got 88 @ 100%. The astronauts one was annoying because of that list of names.
At least it seems I haven't actually degraded as much as it seemed before :)

I managed to get 56 with 98% accuracy.
In my golden days, I imagine I could have gotten maybe 70-something or 80-something with a similar accuracy. Damn, I'm old. :p

If anyone is interested, I use this: http://www.learn2type.com/TypingTest
That actually how I've practiced so far to become this fast.

64 WPM, 100% accuracy and typing with two fingers, rather than all. Using a notebook.

71 WPM at 98% accuracy. Not too bad.

Seems I have improved a bit, I guess. 1157 characters in 3 minutes, whereas two errors have been deducted, leaving me at 99% accuracy.
How does my speed compare?
Your adjusted speed of 76 WPM was
111% above the average 36 WPM.

I could only get 40 wpm with Qwerty, so ya'll should switch to Dvorak.
The fook is that haha? Sounds like a fantasy name you'd give a Goblin. I never knew of such a keyboard ...
And mine is pityful ... seeing as I do not type as much as I used to when I wrote, I fail now at:
Your adjusted speed of 59 WPM was
64% above the average 36 WPM.

I gave up :D I'm a really fast writer when I can write what I want, but it's hard to follow something and try to write that fast
Adjusted speed of 71 wpm.
I kinda made a lot of errors.

Bah - 76wpm with no errors
That's down from the 85 I use to get when I was typing all day-everyday. I should practice more.
