Windows Icons

Do many of you use custom icons for Windows? And if so where did you get them from?

I've been looking around via Google, but meh, I'm not completely impressed with some of the sites around.

I have to say, I tend to stick with Windows defaults, mainly due to the proliferation of cheap throwaway 'icon' sites thrown up by 'webmasters' who are just looking to make a quick buck off the passing traffic. The icon sets are usually rubbish, or incomplete sets or worse still, packed to the gills with backdoors and trojans, so I tend to stick with what works.
Of course if anyone knows of any decent sites...

I quite like the default icons, though. So I don't have any preferred custom set.

Aye, the only different icons I have are the open folder icons for the navigation pane that come with Win7 Manager (nifty program for screwing about with a whole load of tweaks and stuff--trial is free).

The only real custom icon I'm using would be that of Notepad++. Got that one off DeviantArt. I have messed with some before, but that included a windows theme as well. Either way, I highly recommend DA for it, for there's more than enough variety available there. And certainly good quality, too.

I use default everything. At the end of my history with XP I played around with some Window Blinds skins, but they either slowed down the machine, were confusing or just ugly that I never tried it again with Vista or Win7.

Right now i'm on a temporary lappy that's so slow I actually had to turn off every single piece of eye candy in WinXP and my browser still lags infuriatingly.
