Hi - I'm Brett (not my real name, just my screen name) and I hail from Down Under. I'm a 360 player and despite popular belief (mainly my fiance), I don't believe 200+ hours of Fallout 3 to be an "addiction"
Oh, and I find intro posts to be Really awkward too :)

Welcome, it's good to see another Aussie on board.
And, out of curiosity, why "Brett"?

Oh hi. Im sure MNDF is jumping like a puppy at the thought of another Aussie to play with. Welcome to Mature Gamers! We don't think 300+ hours of Fallout are excessive either.

Good to know I'm in good company then :) Thanks for the welcome guys.
MNDF: I dabble in a bit of Sci-Fi writing (nothing published as yet, but that will change) and I use Brett as my noms de plume. You know, for when I become insanely famous ;)

I was going to make a 'Flight of The Conchords' gag, but remembered just in time that they're Kiwis.
Anyway, welcome to the forums Brett - you can expect plenty of Aussie-related banter/borderline xenophobia from me, but then I'm a pom, so it's to be expected. ;)

Ah, awesome. Nothing like a good pseudonym to keep the filthy masses of peasants off your back.
And, don't worry about Jason, his panties are just in a knot because he couldn't get on any of the boats over here ;)
Welcome to the forums Brett. It sounds like you have worked your way through all the Fallout 3 expansions. What is your character like?

I didn't have anything against Aussies before, unfortunately that changed now that the other one (MNDF) has given me a shity score in the quiz thing. So beware my wrath. :p
Welcome, Brett!

Thanks again guys
Jason: That's ok, not everyone was bad enough to come to Aussie land ;) And as long as the 'spurs keep winning (and stay on top of Liverpool), all is good
Rob: Yeah, I've played through all the DLCs - though Zeta was a dissapointment I think (except the end after you kill the Captain, then massacre your "friends" - no going back to earth for them :)). My main play through character was pure evil, and pretty much a brute - Big Guns, Small Guns, Energy Weapons and Melee Weapons with the obvious perks for maximum carnage (Bloody Mess, Size Matters, Finesse, Mysterious Stranger, Cannibal, Sniper, Grimer Reaper etc etc) and once I got it, I primarily used the T-51b armor
I'm planing on playing through again since I've found I missed a few crucial points - that's what you get for depopulating the Wasteland without asking questions first - and I need to get the Good Guy achievements, so I'm thinking a smartie with a focus towards medicine this time, just for a challenge.

Hey man, my favorite Fallout expansion was definitely broken steel. I have played through all the content both as an evil woman and a saint man. It's such a compelling game!
I was also thinking flight of the conchords, I know that they are from New Zealand, but I thought that might be part of the joke as well :)
