My current all time favorite is Unreal Tournament 99 and my favorite right now that I actually play is Garrys Mod (tied with Minecraft).

Ah, I had much fun with UT '99. Though back then I didn't have the internet and was only 7 or 8, so I spent my time offline playing against the AI. Still an awesome game, though.
