I enjoy RTS games, even though I'm not great at them, and the CoH games are as good as they come as far as RTS games go.
Anyone ever played any of them? I'd like to get an online game or two going, but I don't want to have my backside handed to me by a Crocodile Sherman. :p

Company of Heroes Two Fronts (or something along that area) came with my GPU. I played it, and it was alright but didn't stick. I think it was simply that I did not care enough for the game to put forth the effort to learn it, as there was much micromanagement involved. If it was in the Star Wars universe or something, i'd be all over it probably. :p
World War II is not my thing.

Yeah, Opposing Fronts was the first expansion pack. To be honest, I didn't care for it much either - the original was much better balanced and had more interesting units. It's worth a look if you see it cheap - all three games (original and two expansion packs) can be found for about $20 online if you really hunt around.
WWII isn't my bag in particular either - I avoided the entire Medal of Honor series entirely on that premise.

I do have the game installed. Not much of a RTS player, but i do enjoy a few rounds of cooperative play vs expert bots.

The demo of it came with my Dawn of War: Dark Crusade way back and I liked it, but not really enough to buy it.
DoW and DoW2 are about the only RTS I play these days.

DoW2 SUCKS!
There I said it... I just wish I could have my money back now. >: [

I have DoW2, but it runs like a complete dog on my system, so I've hardly played it.

You obviously didn't play co-operative campaign with a friend. Or the new Last Stand mode with two friends.
If you did I'd be willing to vouch you'd have enjoyed it far more than you're letting on.

You are correct. I played singe player campaign (i think) almost all the way through by myself, and some skirmish matches with laggy players who left halfway through.
I blame the fact that I don't know anyone in the area (read: United States) who has the game and I want to play with. I haven't even tried it after the big new addon patch. :\

Yeah the campaign is too repetitive to be fun on your own. It needs a friend to be anywhere near as good as it can be, especially if you're both on voice chat and getting all teamworky and stuff.
