I've made a few posts today here and there, please don't take anything I've said today as 'attacks' against this community. I'm genuinely trying to help, from a perspective as "I've been through many of these issues already." I only wish I had someone to step up and lend a hand when needed and show me some of the things I spent hours upon hours of researching and learning; Even the most basic of things can take forever if it's completely new to you and there's no one to show you.
The downside of receiving feedback from your "insiders" is that you rarely get the honest grit. As a community manager, the last thing you need to help you sort out issues are sugar coated responses :) So please, when browsing through the forums today on your daily trot, understand my feedback has only the best intentions for you, your community and it's success.
