With the upcoming Video Game Awards on Spike TV, several big-name games will be looking to get their names noticed by the viewing public in order to kick-start the hype machine.
Amongst those will be the latest in Bungie's mega-series Halo. What makes this one interesting is that the footage they'll be showing off from Halo: Reach will NOT be CG movie, it's going to be actual in-game engine footage. Whether this indicates how far along Bungie are with the game or whether they just want to show off what the engine can do is unclear, but it makes a refreshing change, and will sure to be getting Xbox owners all hot under the collar again. :naughty:
