Don't know if any of you know of D-Fend Reloaded (http://dfendreloaded.sourceforge.net/). I just happened across it while trying to convert my saved characters from Champions of Krynn to Death Knights of Krynn (still unsuccessful, but this program is a hoot)
Basically it's a GUI frontend for DOS Box. You save your games to it and can change the settings etc and it loads the game automatically without the need for all the commands every time.
Anyways, I know a few of us here would use DOS Box, and this may be of use.... enjoy :)
