What do the titles below the names mean?

I believe mine used to say Newbie, now it's "fragbait". At first I thought it was some kind of promotion in ranks, but I'm beginning to doubt that now, I think I saw someone else's say "Token Australian" so I doubt that could be a promotion :) . I also know I could have just tried reading a faq or something, guess I'm a lazy bastard. So, anyone?
