So Steam had this on sale for $7.50 last weekend, so me and three of my buds bought it since we really only play coop versus AI.
Three of us can get it to work in coop mode, but one buddy gets kicked with a connection error every time he tries to join a server that we have created, either online or LAN over Hamachi.
It doesn't matter if I host the server or he does, he gets kicked regardless.
He has all the ports opened correctly, and has done a Verify Integrity via Steam, but nothing works. He can see the lobby, and and soon as the game starts and the first map appears, 5 seconds later he gets disconnected with a non-specific connection error.
I have Googled this to death and find scores of posts about it, most of them complaining what complete rubbish this game is.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what we could try to get this to work?
